They are slip-on collar Bandanas, meaning they slide on to your dogs collar, no tying needed.
 
Will only work with Standard collars, or Metal Buckle/Clasp collars up to 1" width.  
Can do custom orders for collars that have a wider width.
 
The sizes are the Length to the top of the bandana,
 
Large is good for Large breeds (Labradors) -- 11 inches
Medium for Medium Breeds (beagles, spaniel,  collie)  -- 10 inches
Small for Small Breeds (chihuahua, pug, yorkie)  -- 7 inches
